Job Summary

The

Client Advisor - Asphalt & Paving Services

is responsible for

preparing accurate paving estimates

,

communicating quotes

, and

managing customer relationships

through digital and phone channels.

Working closely with our Sales Coach, you'll play a key role in ensuring clients receive professional, clear, and timely service from first inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and update

asphalt paving and maintenance estimates

using CRM software and satellite imaging tools. Communicate

quotes, pricing, and service details

to customers via phone and email, emphasizing the value and quality of our work. Handle

customer inquiries, objections, and concerns

professionally, escalating complex cases when required. Conduct

follow-ups on quotes and leads

to maximize sales conversions and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with

data privacy and company standards

. Participate in ongoing

sales training and performance improvement

initiatives. Contribute to a

positive and professional team culture

that reflects Black Tar's commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in sales, inside sales, or customer service (construction, paving, or home improvement background preferred). Proficient with

computers, CRM systems, email, and digital communication tools

. Strong

sales, negotiation, and closing skills

. Excellent

written and verbal communication

abilities. Highly

motivated, confident, and goal-oriented

individual with a positive attitude. Comfortable working

independently in a digital environment

and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
