About the Role:

Trinity Janitorial is seeking a highly experienced and dependable

Cleaning Supervisor

to support our office cleaning operations. This role is essential in helping launch new client sites, training new hires, and providing shift coverage when staff are on leave or unable to report to work. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, extensive cleaning knowledge, and proven experience in supervising and developing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the launch and setup of cleaning services for new client locations Train, mentor, and supervise new and existing cleaning staff Provide coverage when employees are on leave or call in sick Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met Create and adjust cleaning schedules as needed Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with management and clients regarding site needs and operations Perform hands-on cleaning duties when required

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cleaning

At least 10 years of experience in supervision and staff training

Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and adapt to operational demands Excellent understanding of cleaning practices, equipment, and safety requirements Strong organizational and time-management abilities Reliable, professional, and flexible with schedules
