Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Cleaning Supervisor

to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety across all facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cleaning and maintenance while also demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

We're looking for someone who not only knows the

operations side

of the business -- including

handling teams and ensuring daily jobs are completed efficiently

-- but also understands the

marketing and sales aspects

that contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure quality and efficiency Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance to cleaning staff Oversee cleaning schedules, ensuring completion of daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance tasks Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure standards are maintained Maintain inventory and request supplies or equipment as needed Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Handle minor repairs or report maintenance issues to management promptly Communicate effectively with management, clients, and staff to address issues and provide updates Support operational efficiency by planning staff schedules and managing workflow Assist in promoting the company's services through client interactions and operational excellence that aligns with marketing and sales objectives

Qualifications & Experience

Previous supervisory or team lead experience in commercial or industrial cleaning required Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment Experience in

team management and daily operations

required Familiarity or interest in

marketing and sales processes

to support business development is an asset Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.70-$24.00 per hour
