About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning team and ensure all sites meet high standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support cleaning staff at multiple job sites Conduct quality inspections to ensure consistent results Train and guide new team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Monitor inventory and report supply needs Communicate scheduling updates and site feedback to management Step in to assist with cleaning duties when required
Qualifications:
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (travel between sites required) Previous supervisory or lead cleaner experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends
