Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a cleaning contractor. This position will start off as a part time position and could turn into a full time hours. Duties:
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits:

Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a cleaning contractor. This position will start off as a part time position and could turn into a full time hours. Duties:
- Cleaning of apartment units or houses once vacant (i.e. appliances, light fixtures,
- Bagging of refuse in units if items are left after the move out is completed
- Cleaning of apartment complex common areas if needed
- Other Duties as assigned
- Organized
- Efficient
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Able to work within set timelines
- Able to work alone or under little supervision
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Must have own a vehicle
- Must be bondable
- Basic set of cleaning supplies to complete the job (vacuum, broom/dustpan, mop/mop
