What You'll Do


As a Cleaner / Janitorial Team Member, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, wiping windows and glass, polishing fixtures Assist with deep?clean, post?construction cleans, move?in/move?out cleaning, or restoration cleanups as needed Use and maintain cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring safe and effective operation Report and document maintenance issues, supply needs, or safety hazards to supervisor Follow safety procedures and guidelines (use of PPE, handling chemicals, ladder safety, etc.) Occasionally move lightweight furniture or equipment to clean behind or beneath Work individually or as part of small teams, depending on job requirements Maintain a consistent, reliable schedule and check in with your supervisor or team lead

Qualifications & Skills


To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but not strictly required -- we are willing to train the right candidate A strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time efficiently Physical stamina: ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift (e.g. up to ~20-25?kg occasionally) Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with teammates or clients Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and schedules A driver's license and reliable transportation (some jobs may require travel between sites) Basic familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices is a plus

Work Schedule & Conditions



Hours typically start early in the morning (e.g. before normal business hours) or late evening, depending on client needs Some flexibility may be required -- you may be asked to support special projects or restoration work outside of regular shifts Indoor work environment; some tasks may require bending, lifting, climbing ladders, or using cleaning machines We supply all cleaning tools, equipment, and PPE
