The Opportunity

The Adventure Group's (TAG) mission is to create spectacular experiences for people that lead to moments of personal growth. Providing a high level of guest service, professionalism and safety, the Village Shuttle Driver - Class 4 is integral in ensuring our guests are transported safely between the village and our Cougar Mountain base. This role required a Class 4 unrestricted license

What You Bring to the Table

Valid

Class 4 Driver's License

with a clean driving record. Strong customer service skills--friendly, approachable, and professional. Passion for Whistler and creating amazing experiences. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations. Strong time-keeping skills Knowledge of vehicle safety protocols and pre-trip inspections. A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed

Your Days Will Look Like

Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm--be the first impression of TAG! Provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable shuttle experience. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the shuttle bus at all times. Monitor fuel and fluid levels, ensuring vehicles are ready to go. Report potential vehicle issues to Management promptly. Communicate professionally with Dispatch, Guest Services, and Operations via radio and in person. Conduct G-wheel and drive reviews on return trips. Share information with guests about the trip and answer any questions. Create meaningful connections with guests, drive reviews, and cross promoting Gibbons venues Assist with additional tasks as needed--at TAG, we work together to get things done!
