The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor all AV systems during nightly shows, ensuring smooth playback and a flawless guest experience.
Perform pre-show, in-show, and post-show checks on projection, lighting, audio, control, and networking systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly in a live operational environment.
Maintain all AV equipment in excellent working condition in collaboration with the AV Supervisor, Lumina team, and Moment Factory.
Follow established procedures for operating the in-house AV control system.
Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, and hardware calibration.
Support seasonal installation, calibration, and de-installation of AV equipment.
Uphold safety protocols while handling, installing, and servicing AV systems.
Communicate effectively with team members, providing detailed handovers and issue reporting.
Contribute to enhancing the guest experience before and after shows, aligning with Lumina's creative and operational vision.
What You Bring to the Table
Valid
Work Permit
in Canada.
Proven experience operating and troubleshooting AV systems: projection, lighting, audio, control, and networking.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with quick problem-solving ability.
Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, technical teams, and external partners.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and during evening shifts.
Physically able to lift/move AV equipment and safely work at heights or on ladders.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high operational standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks.
