Role involves adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring the timely delivery of cargo to its destination.

• Must be comfortable doing home deliveries within Lethbridge and near areas Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
• - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Everyday Home
• Ensure customer delivery is met in a timely, safe and professional manner

What you will do

• Operates vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Conducts routine inspections prior to departure to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
• Manages appropriate cargo documentation and provides necessary paperwork upon the delivery of goods.
• Coordinates the loading and unloading of the truck, verifying cargo and ensuring items are properly stored and secured.
• Maintains contact with dispatcher to provide status updates, clarify special instructions, and notify about delays or issues during transport.

What Youll Bring

• Possess in continuous good standing, a valid Alberta issued Class 3 license
• Clean 5 years Commercial driving abstract (no more than 3 demerits and 3 negative events)
• Minimum 1+ years of Highway driving experience required
• Experience with straight truck/ Curtain side required
• Capable of performing all aspects of the job function for which you are applying
• Load Securement
• Comfortable backing in all manner of tight spaces and locations
• Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada
