We have an exciting opportunity available in the Claims Communications and Engagement team, for a Digital Content Designer. We are seeking individuals that are passionate about digital design and transforming the way we engage with employees.
You will enjoy liaising with a wide range of colleagues to deliver the Claims Engagement strategy and be responsible for leading the design of presentations, infographics and MS teams posts. While upholding brand and accessibility standards.

What you'll bring:
Minimum 3 years of experience of hands-on experience in content design, and or digital writing
Experience with video editing software (ie. Camtasia or Premier) and design platforms (ie. Adobe Spark or Canva)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with diverse, cross functional teams
Align to a brand voice and tone guide
Write, curate, and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and usability at every level
Model and format content into viable, feasible, and desirable solutions
Leverage storytelling and design to present to key stakeholders
Utilize user-centered design principles and best practices to produce high-quality content for deliverables across multiple platforms: presentations, websites, MS Teams, video and more
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and project planning skills with the ability to actively prioritize and consistently execute at a high standard
Experience of customer orientated thinking and deliverables
Excellent problem-solving skills
High level of personal credibility
