What it's like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster
As a Claims Adjuster, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. The Claims Analyst is responsible for identifying and allegations, irregularities, or potentially fraudulent activities of moderate to high complexity which directly affects the operational and financial interests of NBFC. The Claims Analyst will also be responsible for delivering Northbridge's industry leading service in accordance with established investigative best practices. They will identify patterns and trends, prepare detailed reports for all areas within Northbridge. Will liaise with Analysts from other member companies, Equite and Law Enforcement

Claims Handling process
Compiling and analyzing large amounts of data
Presenting in a corporate environment with large, diverse audiences
Managing projects to completion under tight timelines
MS Office Tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Data collection tools
You have:
Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
Completed or working towards the CIP designation an asset
Enrolment in or completion of the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) industry
Thorough knowledge of claims adjusting practices
Minimum of 2 years in an Investigative role within a Special Investigations Unit
Extensive Knowledge of data analytics programs
A thorough understanding of Data collection & verification is required
Extensive Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Solid foundation in dashboard tools like Tableau and Power BI
