Salary: $55K-$65K
What you will do: The Claims Administrator main responsibilities are supporting all accident and cargo claims for the company. You will be working closely with the management team, while facilitating transportation compliance requests as they are an integral part of the full cycle shipment process. Creating a well maintained, safe, legal, cost-effective system for handling claims and escalations is our vision, while investigating and evaluating active claims and initiating corrective actions. This is to be completed while leading the carrier compliance process and ensuring appropriate measures are being taken. The goal of this position is to promote business equality, accountability, and transparency by investigating external and internal grievances and systematic issues while maintaining strong relationships with our partnered carriers and team members.
