With a focus on Auto BI and CGL claims, they are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, assessing coverage and liability, while working directly with third parties to drive the claim. They are there to defend and rectify the situation, doing so with our clients in mind.
They are open-minded, understanding and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.
