We are currently seeking experienced

Civil Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of site crews and subcontractors Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of civil work Interpret and implement construction drawings, site plans, and specifications Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and enforce company H&S policies Track progress and complete daily logs and reports Support scheduling, material coordination, and quality control Foster a team environment focused on accountability, safety, and results

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within civil construction Strong knowledge of site servicing, grading, roadwork, and underground utilities Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans Skilled in managing crews, solving problems, and maintaining site productivity Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Health & Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights, First Aid) are assets

Pay: $120,000.00-$170,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
