Key Job Duties:
Ensure crews work together to delivery quality work on strict deadlines
Monitor project processes, and provide training and team building as required
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
Perform equipment, material and routine site inspections
Schedule regular meetings with client representatives, vendors, managers and on-site crews
Complete reports on field activities, project progress and equipment usage, as required
Work closely with Project Team and other professionals
Assist in the recruitment and training of new operators and labourers
Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites, as required
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years experience in civil (sewer, water, storm, roads, etc.)
Minimum 4 years in a leadership role preferred
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean drivers abstract
Previous experience working with First Nations an asset.

Able to keep track of multiple project
Detail oriented, and able to keep meticulous records
Remuneration:
Starting at $40 - $45 per hour based on experience and qualifications, plus a company vehicle and fuel card.
