Role : Site Project Coordinator
Location/ Shift Pattern - Site - 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Work Contract : Site - Full Time
PBN Construction is a northern Saskatchewan Aboriginal owned and operated company founded in 2007 that services mine sites and crown corporations all over Saskatchewan. We are experiencing exiting growth and currently expanding our team. We are a fast paced and fulfilling company that is seeking a detail orientated and experienced Site Project Coordinator to join our Civil Department.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution and completion of projects. This exciting opportunity offers you variety, responsibility and the chance to make an impact on the success of the project. You will work closely with the Project Manager and clients to ensure communication flows seamlessly and everyone is aligned.
Summary of the duties
- Assist with the completion of paperwork including subcontracts, daily/weekly/monthly reports, weekly HSE stats, LEM's, time sheets, equipment tracking etc
- Track and report project expenses and revenue
- Assist with resource planning and project schedule
- Assist with the company QA/QC program
- Procurement of supplies and materials needed for the projects
Required
- Trade certificate or technical diploma/degree in engineering or related field experience
- 2-3 years of direct construction experience particularly as a project coordinator
- Demonstrates general knowledge of construction projects, including systems, practices and process of project management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook etc) particularly with MS Project
- Proficient using scheduling and project management software
