Your Challenge

The EXP Mining team is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding Mining group in Brampton or Sudbury Ontario. The Civil Engineer will work under the supervision of the senior engineers and project managers and for Mining projects. This candidate will also be required to undertake site visits to review construction work and prepare construction review reports.

Your Responsibilities

• Experience in the use of computer aided design/drafting software, including AutoCAD and civil 3D.
• Knowledgeable in the design of Mining or Industrial systems
• Possess MS Office skills.
• Strong people skills, and ability to work with a wide variety of staff
• Mining, construction field experience is preferred
• Any experience in the engineering, consulting or mining industry is preferred

The Skills and Knowledge You Bring

• Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial or Land Development projects with mining or industrial experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• P Eng Required
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good interpersonal skills that focus on meeting customer requirements;
• Valid Drivers License
