We are looking for an efficient, organized, and creative Project Manager with background (higher education and working experience) in architecture/civil engineer areas.Our residential renovation company is growing fast, and so is our team. If you have the following skills and great motivation to work, contact with us:Work Experience: - At lest 1 year (2 years preferred) of working experience in project management for the residential renovation industry.Our main day to day projects include demolition, construction debris management, drywall and plaster repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical jobs, cabinetry installation, the delivery of construction materials, and cleaning. You should have knowledge on the correct procedures of these trades and what a proper job should look like in order to coordinate all the renovation process.Skills: - Superior organizational abilities- Excellent communication skills are necessary to manage and supervise multiple subcontractors and provide support to multiple clients- Ability to work under pressure and comply with job deadlines on time- Superior problem-solving skills to handle unexpected obstacles in the renovation process- Serving attitude and team spirit to collaborate with the group with the ultimate goal of delivering the best-quality resultsOther: - Must have driver's license G2 or G- Must have a vehicle- Must speak English- Legally entitled to work in Canada- Knowledge of Monday.com platform is an asset, and will be required to learn and use in case of hiring- Possession of valid WHMIS, Working at Heights, and Worker's Health and Safety awareness is an asset.
