Quality Source Contracting (QSC) is a small locally owned civil landscape construction company servicing municipal and commercial clients throughout Ontario.

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking employees to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Position is outdoors and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Our Customers/Type of Work

Municipal Park and Playground Construction- Ajax, Whitby, Clarington, Innisfil, Vaughan, Markham Utility Infrastructure Installation- Power generator systems upgrade / Commercial EV Charging Sites Commercial Development- Landscaping, Fencing, Armour Stone, Retaining Walls, Tree Planting, Sod, parking lot upgrades

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Operate tools and power tools safely and effectively. Operate small machinery safely and effectively. Support team members in various construction activities as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Experience

Valid G-license with clean driving record and access to vehicle Civil Construction Experience including grading, trenching, framing, concrete pour, etc. Previous experience in a labor-intensive, outdoor construction. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
