We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a General Laborer and Machine Operator. As a General Laborer and Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of our production process. Your duties will include operating machinery, reading blueprints, and ensuring product quality. We seek someone dependable, willing to learn, and committed to long-term growth with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various machines and tools safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards Assist with general labor tasks as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience working in a sheet metal facility Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic mechanical skills and a willingness to learn new techniques Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks Good communication skills and a positive attitude Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
