Overview:
We are seeking a skilled concrete Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction projects, ensuring quality control, and managing construction budgets. Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Oversee the build process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of budgeting processes in construction projects
