About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Construction Foreman
to lead crews oncivil construction projects
. If you have a strong background insite supervision, team leadership, and hands-on construction work
, this is a great opportunity to take on a key leadership role.#
What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate
construction crews
on heavy demolition & civil projects. Plan and managedaily site operations
, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope. Read and interpretblueprints, project plans, and safety regulations
. Ensure allsafety protocols
are followed and maintain compliance with site requirements. Assist with hands-on work when necessary, providing training and guidance to team members. Communicate withproject managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
to keep projects moving efficiently. Monitorquality control and productivity
, making adjustments as needed.Requirements

What We're Looking For
Proven experience (2 years)
as a foreman or site supervisor incivil construction
. At least3 years
working in civil construction Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability toread blueprints, manage schedules, and oversee safety protocols
.Proficient with survey tools
-GPS, site level, total station Hands-on experience incivil construction
Validdriver's license
(required).Ability to manage crews efficiently
and solve on-site challenges. Civil engineering education college diploma or university degree (preferred)P.Eng,CET or P.Tech
