The Church Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the church by providing administrative and organizational assistance to pastoral leadership and ministry teams. This role helps ensure the church functions smoothly while fostering a welcoming, Christ-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations, emails, phone calls, and church correspondence
Maintain church calendars, records, and documentation
Assist pastors and leaders with scheduling and meetings
Support communication with members and ministry teams
Help coordinate services, events, and special programs
Assist with basic record-keeping and administrative support
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the beliefs of The Restored House Chapel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer and office skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior administrative or church experience
