We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to conduct the day-to-day activities necessary for the effective functioning of the church office, including maintaining the accounting system, preparing worship related information, and as the communication hub of the church, assist with the facilitation of communication within the community of faith.

Requirements
Business School or Community College training in office administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Basic accounting/bookkeeping procedures, including a working knowledge of Sage 50.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and work independently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.43-$23.59 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
