Position Details:

We're currently hiring

1 amazing team member

for the following part-time shifts:

Monday:

9:30 AM - 1:30 PM & 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Tuesday:

2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (some morning shifts)

Wednesday:

2:30 PM - 6:30 PM (some morning shifts)

Thursday:

9:00 AM- 7:30PM

Friday:

10:30-5:30PM

Saturday:

8:30-2:30 PM

Sunday:

8:30-2:30 PM

Weekend availability is a must.

Shifts are subject to change based on availability.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running the front desk like a pro: scheduling, phone calls, welcoming patients Processing payments and insurance claims Assisting chiropractors and supporting patient care Administering therapies like ultrasound, electrotherapy, heat/ice (training provided!) Managing patient records and ensuring accurate filing

You'll Shine in This Role If You Have:

? Strong time management and attention to detail
? A warm, professional communication style
? Experience with Jane EMR system is a must
? Experience in chiropractic, kinesiology, wellness, or alternative medicine (a bonus!)
? Familiarity with medical billing and HealthQuest software (also a bonus!)
? Some knowledge of anatomy (yep, that helps too!)
