Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative and patient support, ensuring smooth daily operations within the chiropractic office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with various office software. The Chiropractic Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for patients and assist with clerical tasks to maintain an efficient practice environment.

Responsibilities



Greet patients and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Answer multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and filing systems Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage electronic health records using Google Workspace and other medical office software Handle billing of patients and insurance companies Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and supporting their needs Support medical staff with administrative tasks such as creating documents, track patient statistics and organizing files Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure compliance with office policies Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-up communications

Experience



Prior clerical or administrative experience in a medical or dental office preferred Familiarity with medical office procedures, including patient intake and insurance processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications is a must and not an option. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently, including typing and proofreading tasks Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting is advantageous Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing, and general clerical duties good mathematical skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
