We are looking for an proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Business Development Assistant, with a specific focus on the Chinese market, to join our team. In this role, you will be a pivotal part of enhancing our Chinese marketing initiatives in Canada, supporting the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives, and helping us expand our presence.This role is responsible for effective local marketing initiatives through researching, designing, and executing marketing strategy across content creation, local partnership outreach, public relations, and more.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a highly creative innovator, and with a growth mindset. This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada. Due to the bi-coastal nature of our team, evening work might be required. Must have high-level Chinese & English reading and writing proficiency.What are the main responsibilities for this role?This role will be focused on developing and furthering Crimson's Chinese market presence in Canada by assisting with Chinese marketing initiativesDeveloping Chinese marketing assets, such as blogs, websites, marketing brochures, videos, case studies, webinar content, sales templates, and resources for studentsOrganizing and supporting the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of webinars and other related eventsManaging WeChat group promotions and respond to questions. Contribute to the creation of offline and online marketing content to increase brand awareness, create a positive customer experience, and increase conversionsAssisting with outreach tactics, including expos, seminars, school talks, and related events. Support webinar coordinating and logistics.Supporting Chinese partnership building efforts by researching and finding contact information of potential partners and media channels, and establishing relevant partnershipsWhat skills and experience are required?
