Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves providing care and support to children, ensuring their well-being, and engaging them in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.

Duties

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring environment. Plan and implement educational activities that promote early childhood development. Provide support for children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met. Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Assist with daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene. Foster positive relationships with children to encourage social skills and emotional growth. Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance as needed.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is an asset. Ability to create engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental stages. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience or training in supporting children with disabilities is highly desirable.
