Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. This role involves caring for children, engaging them in educational activities, and supporting their social and emotional development.

Duties

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care and support for children's physical, emotional, and social needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning atmosphere. Assist in managing daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that educate while entertaining children. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners. A background in classroom management is beneficial but not required.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $20.60-$22.60 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
