Gillis Play and Learn Center and Tyndall Play and Learn Center are licensed, multi-center facilities offering 139 spaces for children from infancy to school age. Located in Tyndall, Manitoba, our centers provide a nurturing and dynamic environment where children grow, learn, and play.

We are currently looking for an

experienced and inspirational Childcare Assistant

to help us design and implement an emergent curriculum program. As a play-based center, our approach focuses on outdoor learning and connecting with nature, with most of our time spent exploring the beautiful surroundings of our small community.

Eligible candidates must have or be willing to obtain:

Child Abuse Registry Check

and

Criminal Record Check

40-hour course

or be willing to obtain

Childcare Assistant Classification

from the Province of Manitoba

Experience working with children

Flexibility

and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Clear communication skills

for effective interactions with children, families, and the team

A desire to provide a fun, safe environment

for children to learn and grow
