Emmanuel Childcare Afterschool Leader: Position will start as soon as the successful candidate completes all eligibility requirements. Hours: Mon-Fri, 2pm-5:30pm till the end of June. July and August off. UVic/Camosun students are encouraged to apply if classes end earlier in the day. Required: Responsible Adult Certificate (available online), Basic First Aid Certificate, Criminal Record Check, 3 references who are accessible by phone, work experience with children K-Gr 5, must be fluent in English, Canadian Citizenship or Work Permit status required. Hourly Pay: $22/hour. Currently the Afterschool Program has 17 children with 14 boys and 3 girls. Emmanuel picks up children at two elementary schools.
