About us: We are a small but mighty team of mental health professionals who love working (and playing!) with kids and the people who raise them. We aim to use our knowledge about child development to help young people live their best lives today, while preparing them for tomorrow. Connection is at the core of our approach, and we help our clients foster meaningful and healthy relationships in and out of sessions. We practice out of two beautiful and comfortable offices in Toronto's east end, and we are looking for a therapist who shares our values to join our warm and friendly community.

We are currently seeking a skilled Psychologist or Psychological Associate to join our team and grow with us!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide evidence-based interventions for children & teens in individual therapy, alongside education & support for parents Supervise psychotherapists to ensure provision of high-quality psychological services Contribute to our collaborative and supportive team environment
If you have these qualities and qualifications, you could be a great fit:

Dynamic, friendly, warm, playful and able to connect with children and youth of all ages Member in good standing of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario - Supervised Practice candidates are encouraged to apply Graduate Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, with competencies in the treatment of children, adolescents and families Experience in a range of therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based, psychodynamic, attachment-focused, etc.) Experience OR interest in learning parent counselling, family therapy and/or attachment-focused interventions is highly valued Ability to meet with clients

in person

at one of our vibrant locations in Toronto (Danforth east and/or Beaches)

Must be available to work some evenings and/or weekends
