Heritage Family Services is currently hiring experienced Child and Youth Care Workers for Awake Night positions in our Rocky Mountain House program.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 18 years of age Education or current enrollment in Social Work or Human Services (certificate, diploma, or degree preferred) Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Child Intervention Record Check Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean Drivers Abstract (no more than 6 demerits) Cultural awareness and appreciation for Indigenous traditions and beliefs Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respectful communication across gender, identity, and background Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively with children and individuals from marginalized communities

Mandatory Requirements:

If you are selected as the successful candidate, you will be required to provide the following documents as a condition of employment upon receiving the job offer

A Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Sector) that is dated within the last 6 months

A Child Intervention Check that is dated within the last 6 months

Proof of eligibility to work in Canada

Class 5 Alberta Government Issued Driver's License

A Driver's Abstract that is dated within the last 6 months

Copy of education listed in resume.
