Summary

We are currently seeking a Floor Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Kids3 Daycare. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of quality childcare services while fostering a nurturing environment for children aged 0-12 years.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities and ensure compliance with licensing regulations. Assist in planning and developing engaging day-to-day activities for children. Maintain daycare supplies and equipment, ensuring a safe environment. Support staff in their roles and facilitate communication between staff and parents. Conduct assessments of children's developmental levels and prepare progress reports. Participate in administrative duties such as record keeping and budgeting.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a childcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role. First Aid/CPR certification is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and children.
