Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or Level 3)

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and caring

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator

to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in shaping children's early learning and social development in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and maintain a high-quality, developmentally appropriate environment that supports children's health, safety, and well-being Observe and assess children's interests, abilities, and needs Communicate progress, concerns, and achievements with parents and team members Support children in developing independence and self-help skills Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with families, co-workers, and management Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development Help maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certification - Alberta

Valid First Aid and CPR Certification

Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively with children, families, and team members Previous experience in a daycare or early childhood setting (minimum 1 year preferred)

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
