Summary

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Kids3 Daycare in Lacombe. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere for children aged 0-12 years, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering quality childcare services.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities Assess children's developmental levels and provide feedback to parents Maintain records of children's progress and daily activities Collaborate with staff to create a supportive learning environment Assist in maintaining daycare supplies and equipment Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards

Qualifications-LEVEL 3

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a childcare setting Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills First Aid/CPR certification is required Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search prior to start date Team-building skills with an emphasis on collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
