Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate child care educator to join our team. can work with OSC age group. educater that can drive kids to and from the school .

Key Responsibilities:

Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children, Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing crafts, Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors, Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings. drive kids to and from the school . can drive 15 seated van .

All applicants must have:

Alberta Childcare certification as a level 1 child care educator level 2 child care educator level 3 valid driving licnses

Qualifications:

Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification Previous experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and staff members. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Knowledge of licensing, health and fire regulations and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Current Child Care CPR and First Aid certification Current & clear Criminal record Check & Vulnerable Sector Search.
