We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Interventionist (BI) to provide personalized support for a child (ages 4-7) with autism and behavioral challenges. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in roles such as:

Behavioral Interventionist Children's camp/sports coach Nanny or childcare provider
Responsibilities:

Implement behavior plans designed by a Behavioral Consultant Use play-based strategies to encourage positive behaviors and emotional regulation Engage the child in physical activities, sports, and outdoor play when weather permits Support social, emotional, and developmental growth through movement and interactive play Adapt interventions to match the child's energy level and sensory needs Track progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists for consistent support Maintain session notes and stay informed on best practices
Qualifications:

Experience with autism, ADHD, or behavioral challenges Familiarity with behavioral intervention and child development Ability to engage children through active play and movement-based learning Strong observation, data collection, and communication skills Patient, adaptable, and energetic in working with young children Background in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

Proficiency in Korean, Chinese Ability to play the piano Knowledge of ice hockey or cars Familiarity with ballet Ability to play chess
Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
