Consumer Genius Inc. is looking for a CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER to work from any location, remote is fine. The Ideal candidate can manage and Lead technology teams in their day-to-day operations, supervising heads of departments, and setting performance goals. You will be joining a highly progressive and fast paced firm. What you will do: Leading technology teams in their day-to-day operations, supervising heads of departments, and setting performance goals Developing strategies for advancing partnerships, technology platforms, and external relationships Conducting technical reviews of products and solutions to evaluate their applicability Monitoring the management of hardware and software licenses and projecting future needs Developing, tracking, and controlling the development of annual capital and operating budgets for purchasing tools, staffing and ensuring effective operations Managing and optimizing infrastructure assets to meet the internal financial targets Working closely with the marketing, business development and operations team to deliver new and enhanced products Tracking, analyzing, and monitoring technological performance metrics What you need: Ability to conduct in-depth technical analysis and research Strong leadership skills to manage multiple departments and teams Effective communication skills to translate complex documents and technical matters to stakeholders and non-technical staff Ability to build appropriate environments to foster talents, innovation and delivery of effective development strategies Ability to anticipate and develop plans to address technological challenges Capacity to liaise between the customer and business by gathering information on the target market Requirements Proven experience as a CTO or similar role Experience developing desktop and mobile applications Familiarity with common stacks Strong Skills in NodeJS, React, Strong Vanilla; JavaScript. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) WordPress, PHP, React, (HTML5, ES6) Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript and PHP frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design Excellent communication and teamwork skills Great attention to detail & Organizational skills An analytical mind Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field Data exchange formats and protocols such as JSON, JSONP, XML, REST, ADF etc. UX/UI Experience with web form applications Experience with unit and integration testing Node.js APIs Bootstrap Git AJAX ReacT Job Type: Full-time Salary: $64,411.30-$216,209.57 per year Benefits:
