Description du poste:

Sous la direction du Vice-Pr\xc3\xa9sident, chef de l\'information et de la technologie, cette personne veille a que les meilleurs investissements dans l\'informatique et que les relations et partenariats externes avec les acteurs de TIC sont r\xc3\xa9alis\xc3\xa9s et align\xc3\xa9s sur les principaux objectifs de l\'entreprise.

Le d\xc3\xa9tenteur du poste s\'assurera que les projets informatiques les plus importants soient lanc\xc3\xa9s au bon moment et qu\'ils soient men\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9ussite.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

• \xc3\x89valuer le processus de gestion du portfolio afin de faciliter l\'approbation des investissements en TI et les ajustements aux investissements actifs tout au long de l\'ann\xc3\xa9e;
• D\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir des relations et partenariat externes;
• \xc3\x89laborer, am\xc3\xa9liorer et tenir \xc3\xa0 jour le plan strat\xc3\xa9gique TI;
• Faciliter le d\xc3\xa9veloppement, l\'approbation et les modifications d\'un plan d\'enregistrement du portfolio utilis\xc3\xa9 pour guider les priorit\xc3\xa9s et la s\xc3\xa9quencement des investissements informatiques actifs.

Qualifications :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me en informatique, en g\xc3\xa9nie ou en syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'information, ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pertinente et d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e dans l\'industrie des TI;
• Toute certification en gestion des TI (p. ex., certification ITIL ou Lean IT) ou exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pertinente sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout;
• Toute formation ou certification en gestion de projets (p. ex., certification PMP ou formation en gestion du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le), ou toute exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail pertinente sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout;
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en n\xc3\xa9gociation;
• Connaissance g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale de l\'infrastructure la capacit\xc3\xa9 de faire le lien entre l\'entreprise et la technologie;

Role Description:

Reporting to the Vice President, Information Technology, the role of the Chief IT Planning and Portfolio/Partnership and Contracts ensures that the best IT investments and external IT relationships are made and aligned with key business objectives.

The successful candidate will ensure the right IT projects are launched at the right time and are set up for success.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Operate the portfolio management process to facilitate assessment and approval of individual IT investments and adjustments to active investments throughout the year
• Development and support of external partnership relationships and agreements
• Development, evolution, and maintenance of the IT Strategic Plan
• Facilitate development, approval, and changes of a portfolio plan of record used to guide active IT investment priorities and sequencing

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, engineering or information systems, or relevant and demonstrated work experience in the IT industry
• Any IT management certification (e.g., ITIL or Lean IT certification) or relevant work experience will be considered an asset
• Any project management training or certification (e.g., PMP certification or customer service management training), or relevant work experience will be considered an asset
• Negotiation experience.
• General knowledge of infrastructure and ability to bridge the gap between business and technology
• Bilingual - French and English - both verbal and written
