We are looking for a qualified Flight Instructor to support and train aspiring pilots in a professional, safety-driven environment. The ideal candidate is an effective leader, well-organized, and passionate about aviation education. Multilingual abilities (French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English) are an advantage, as are mechanical knowledge and GIS experience. This is a paid position for individuals committed to high training standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver flight and ground instruction in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Create and adapt lesson plans based on student progress
Assess student performance and provide clear, constructive feedback
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Support simulator and classroom training activities
Promote a positive learning experience through strong communication and professionalism
Collaborate with the training team to enhance curriculum and methods
Apply GIS tools for flight planning and safety analysis when needed
Model professionalism, leadership, and safety awareness
