Chief Engineer
Job Description
** NEW LANDMARK PROPERTY **As Chief Engineer, you are responsible for the proactive management of Westbank engineering and maintenance operations within your assigned property including CRU's. This includes such things as planning and implementing energy conservation initiatives by analyzing usage and cost. You are solely responsible, with support, for the development of the Service/Maintenance department which may include building a team with varied pertinent skill sets. You will our tenants and stay abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Building Operations.Instead of maintaining your portfolio, you will constantly strive to improve it with the goal of making your properties cultural hubs of activity.Westbank Projects Corp. is an equal opportunity employer and equally considers all applicants.
