Le chercheur scientifique I est charg\xc3\xa9 d\'assurer la qualit\xc3\xa9 de l\'analyse, de l\'examen et de l\'interpr\xc3\xa9tation des donn\xc3\xa9es ; il effectue l\'analyse des donn\xc3\xa9es afin de garantir l\'int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 scientifique, la conformit\xc3\xa9 aux SOP/CSP et aux exigences r\xc3\xa9glementaires applicables. Le chercheur scientifique I travaille en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les superviseurs de l\'unit\xc3\xa9 d\'analyse des donn\xc3\xa9es, l\'\xc3\xa9quipe scientifique et le sp\xc3\xa9cialiste de la cytom\xc3\xa9trie en flux pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes techniques/scientifiques et les probl\xc3\xa8mes g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9raux du projet ; il interagit avec l\'assurance qualit\xc3\xa9 pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes de qualit\xc3\xa9.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s principales

• Analyser les donn\xc3\xa9es conform\xc3\xa9ment aux directives de Cellcarta et garantir l\'int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 scientifique et la conformit\xc3\xa9 avec les SOP/CSP.
• Examiner les donn\xc3\xa9es analys\xc3\xa9es par d\'autres analystes et \xc3\xa9tablir des rapports sur les donn\xc3\xa9es selon les besoins ou les instructions.
• Aider, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant, \xc3\xa0 organiser les donn\xc3\xa9es de l\'\xc3\xa9tude et les informations connexes requises pour les rapports d\'\xc3\xa9tude interm\xc3\xa9diaires et finaux.
• Transmettre les probl\xc3\xa8mes en temps opportun \xc3\xa0 son superviseur afin de d\xc3\xa9terminer les mesures \xc3\xa0 prendre.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer et assister \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9union de lancement de l\'\xc3\xa9tude (SIM) et \xc3\xa0 toutes les autres r\xc3\xa9unions concernant le projet qui peuvent avoir un impact sur l\'analyse des donn\xc3\xa9es.
• Soutenir le PS dans la pr\xc3\xa9paration du plan de travail.
• Cr\xc3\xa9er, r\xc3\xa9viser et mettre \xc3\xa0 jour les outils d\'analyse, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.
• V\xc3\xa9rifier toutes les ex\xc3\xa9cutions du projet :

• Fournir un retour d\'information \xc3\xa0 son superviseur pour harmoniser l\'analyse.
• D\xc3\xa9terminer si des tendances ou des conclusions peuvent \xc3\xaatre tir\xc3\xa9es des s\xc3\xa9ries analys\xc3\xa9es.
• Pr\xc3\xa9parer des figures/pr\xc3\xa9sentations
• Communication efficace entre les \xc3\xa9quipes, participation au d\xc3\xa9pannage et r\xc3\xa9solution ind\xc3\xa9pendante des probl\xc3\xa8mes.
• L\'employ\xc3\xa9 est personnellement responsable du respect des directives/instructions d\'ImmuneCarta Services en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
• Effectuer d\'autres t\xc3\xa2ches selon les besoins.

\xc3\x89ducation

• Doctorat ou formation \xc3\xa9quivalente en sciences de la vie, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence en immunologie ou en virologie.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences et experience requis

• Connaissance approfondie de l\'immunologie humaine ;
• Connaissance et compr\xc3\xa9hension de la langue anglaise suffisantes pour r\xc3\xa9diger et ex\xc3\xa9cuter des proc\xc3\xa9dures et des protocoles ;
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques et exp\xc3\xa9rience significative de Microsoft Excel ;
• Personne soucieuse du d\xc3\xa9tail ;
• Engag\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9aliser un travail de bonne qualit\xc3\xa9 ;
• Connaissance approfondie des m\xc3\xa9thodologies de surveillance immunitaire et des techniques de cytom\xc3\xa9trie de flux ;
• Connaissance et compr\xc3\xa9hension des r\xc3\xa9glementations BPL suffisantes pour r\xc3\xa9aliser des \xc3\xa9tudes BPL ;
• Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'analyse et d\'interpr\xc3\xa9tation des donn\xc3\xa9es ;
• Aborde le travail de mani\xc3\xa8re m\xc3\xa9thodique et syst\xc3\xa9matique ;

Summary

The Research Scientist I is responsible for ensuring high-quality analysis, review and interpretation of data; They perform the analysis of data to ensure scientific integrity, compliance with SOP/CSP and applicable regulatory requirements. The Research Scientist I works closely with the supervisors of the Data Analysis Unit, the Scientific Team, and the Flow Cytometry Specialist to address technical/scientific and general project issues; They interact with Quality Assurance to address quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data as per Cellcarta guidelines and ensures scientific integrity and compliance with SOP/CSP.
• Reviews data analyzed by other analysts and reports data as needed or instructed.
• Assists as required in the organization of study data and associated information required for interim and final study reports.
• Escalates issues in a timely manner to their supervisor to determine the following steps to be taken.
• Prepares for and attends the Study Initiation Meeting (SIM) and all other meetings affecting the project that may impact the data analysis.
• Supports the PS in the workplan preparation.
• Creates, reviews and updates analysis tools when applicable
• Verifies all the runs of the project:

• To provide feedback to their supervisor to harmonize the analysis.
• To determine if any trends or conclusions can be drawn from the analyzed runs
• To prepare figures/presentations
• Efficient communication across teams, participation in troubleshooting and independent problem solving
• Employee is personally responsible for following ImmuneCarta Services Health and Safety guidelines/instructions.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education

• Ph.D. or equivalent training in life sciences, preferably in immunology or virology.

Main Requirements

• Deep knowledge of human immunology;
• Knowledge and understanding of the English language sufficient to write and carry out procedures and protocols;
• Strong computer skills and significant experience with Microsoft Excel;
• Detail-oriented person;
• Committed to achieving good quality work;
• Deep knowledge of immune monitoring methodologies and flow cytometry techniques;
• Knowledge and understanding of GLP regulations sufficient to carry out GLP studies;
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills;
• Approaches work methodically and systematically;
• Highly proficient at working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
