Work as a

Certified Red Seal Cook or Head Cook

aboard our trains and make every passenger's experience delicious and memorable!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee food preparation and cooking activities Prepare meals and specialty dishes Adapt recipes for passengers with allergies or dietary restrictions Ensure food quality and portion control Order food and kitchen supplies Supervise kitchen staff as required

Schedule & Working Conditions:

Work in a warm, confined environment Available on weekends and holidays Heavy schedules (e.g., 60 hours over 4 days) Extended periods away from home (4-5 days)

Requirements

High school diploma Valid food safety certification and Red Seal designation Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
