Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced
Chef / Cook
to join our hospitality operations in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible forfood preparation, menu execution, kitchen operations, and maintaining high culinary standards
across hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environments.This role is ideal for a passionate culinary professional with strong knowledge of
commercial kitchens, food safety, menu planning, and high-volume food production

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals according to
menu specifications and recipes
Managedaily kitchen operations
, food preparation, and service execution Ensure compliance withfood safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
(HACCP) Monitorfood quality, portion control, and presentation
Assist withmenu planning, inventory management, and food costing
Maintain clean, organized, and efficientcommercial kitchen environments
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensuretimely food service
Adhere tohospitality industry standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Chef, Cook, or Culinary Professional
in the hospitality industry Strong knowledge ofcommercial kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
Understanding offood safety regulations and hygiene standards
Ability to work in afast-paced hospitality environment
Excellent time management and teamwork skills Passion for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction#
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary certification or
professional cooking diploma
Experience inhotels, resorts, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants
Knowledge ofinternational cuisine, menu development, and plating standards
Ability to workflexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
