Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Tasks

Create new recipes Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Inspect kitchens and food service areas Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef Clean kitchen and work areas Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
