Duties
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Plan and execute menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality dishes are served.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Train new kitchen staff on food handling techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
Monitor kitchen performance, adjusting processes as necessary to improve service quality.

Proven experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing a team effectively.
