We are looking for a Assistant Kitchen Manager (KM) or Chef to supervise our restaurant operations at our Sherwood Park & West Edmonton locations for our virtual kitchens & our food service contracts for Longshotz Golf & Sports Bar. The AKM or Sous Chef responsibilities include supervising the food prep, line cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventories, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Ultimately, you will ensure all items are properly cooked, packaged correctly and made to highest level of standards so that our customers have a pleasant dine at home experience. This candidate will bloom with creativity as our business model is able to adapt and change rapidly based on current trends or via his or her\'s cooking style! A strong understanding of recipe/ labor management as well as creating financial P&L statements will ensure this candidate can be successful. Responsibilities:
