Responsibilities



Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service Oversee all aspects of food handling, safety, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations Develop and execute innovative menus that align with restaurant branding and customer preferences Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize kitchen operations Ensure consistent quality of dishes through supervision of cooking techniques and presentation standards Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service experiences Train new team members in food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times Monitor food industry trends to keep the restaurant competitive and innovative

Qualifications



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management Supervising experience within a busy kitchen or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Background in the food industry with hands-on experience in kitchen operations Demonstrated ability to serve high-quality dishes consistently under pressure Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is highly preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
