Responsibilities
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service

Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling waste to optimize kitchen operations
Ensure consistent quality of dishes through supervision of cooking techniques and presentation standards
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service experiences
Train new team members in food preparation, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
