Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation activities.
Create and develop innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
Monitor food presentation and portion sizes to maintain consistency across all dishes served.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth within the culinary team.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and culinary techniques.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and training staff.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
